Process flow of Satin Black Painted Hard Anodized Aluminum Extrusion:

1. Pretreatment: First, the aluminum profile is thoroughly cleaned to remove oil, dust and other impurities on the surface. This step is crucial to the effect of subsequent treatment, as any residue may affect the quality of the oxide layer.

2. Machining: According to the design requirements, the aluminum profile is cut into the required length and shape, and the necessary drilling, milling and other processing are performed to form the basic structure of the door frame.

3. Anodizing: The processed aluminum profile is placed in the electrolyte as an anode, and a porous aluminum oxide film is formed on its surface through electrolysis. This oxide film not only increases the hardness and wear resistance of the material, but also provides a good foundation for dyeing.

4. Sandblasting (frosting) treatment: After anodizing, the aluminum profile is sandblasted or frosted to obtain a delicate frosted texture. This step not only enhances the visual effect of the material, but also improves the feel and anti-slip performance.

5. Dyeing treatment: After the oxide film is formed, the aluminum profile is immersed in a solution containing a specific dye, and the dye is penetrated into the micropores of the oxide film by electrochemical or chemical methods, so that the aluminum surface presents a uniform and deep black.

6. Sealing treatment: In order to enhance the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the oxide film, the dyed aluminum profile needs to be sealed. This process usually uses boiling water or a special sealing agent to improve the overall performance of the material by sealing the micropores on the oxide film.

7.
